April First Friday Opening: La Colombe Torrefaction
Philadelphia coffee roasters La Colombe Torrefaction kicked off their month long exhibition this past First Friday at the Art in the Age store. La Colombe’s vintage Citroen H-Van served delicious coffee in front of the store, and when combined with Art in the Age SNAP, really helped take the chill off from the cold.
The morning of the exhibition, La Colombe owners Todd Carmichael and JP Iberti were in Haiti planting on the coffee farm they helped to establish. Luckily, they were able to make a flight back just in time for the reception. Talk about dedication!
