At Art In The Age we love quality design and empowering artists to do what they love. For this collaboration we teamed up with the Design Center at Philadelphia University, and four sough after designers, to make a limited-edition apparel collection from historical textiles from the print archive at PhilaU.
About The Collaboration
The motivation behind the collection lies in Philadelphia’s reputation as a textile stronghold for the best party of the century after the Civil War. Art In The Age worked with four sought after designers to create limited edition items using these prints. Collaborators include: Taylor Stitch, Norman Porter, Ebbets Field, and W&P Design (makers of the Mason Shaker).
