FIRST FRIDAY PHOTOS: Art In The Age Kicks Off Philly Beer Week!
A R T I N T H E A G E K E G G E R ! ! !
Ahem. I mean…The First Warm Friday that Philadelphia had seen in many moons brought a cheery, beery crowd to The Art In The Age Flagship Store this past Friday. For kickoff night of Philadelphia Beer Week, our exhibition was comprised of 99 Bottles of Beer on The Wall, adorned with labels bearing historical images of the Philly’s own brewing industry dating back to the 1700s! We served up Kenzinger beer in red plastic cups to match the featured t-shirt design of artist/curator, Julianne Ahn. Our window was without a doubt The Coolest In Town – thanks to the custom sculpture created by artists Chris Kline & Jason Hsu (see below)!

The exhibition will be up until March 31st. Join us on at the store on Wednesday night (March 11) at 7 pm for a lecture and guided tour with Rich Wagner, The PA Brewery Guru himself!
