In The Kitchen With ROOT – Chef Brinn Sinnot of Noble: An American Cookery
ROOT is not just for drinking. After a 5 course ROOT-infused meal at Alfa a few months back, Wild Flour Bakery baking a ROOT Raisin Bread for the Farmers’ Markets, and John & Kira’s Root Chocolates, we keep on coming across other edible ROOT recipes.
Noble’s Chef Brinn Sinnot welcomed us into his kitchen to show off three delectable dishes using ROOT in the mix. An asparagus dish, pork loin main course and a dumpling dessert. Noble’s menu is mainly locally grown produce and sustainable products which we also love.
Check out the new videos. In the Kitchen With Root:
Pan Roasted Green Asparagus With Mushroom Coffee, ROOT Cream, Soft Cooked Egg & Serrano Ham
Roast Pork Andalusian Type Flavors, Chick Pea Stew, Baby Turnips and Apricot
Semolina Dumpling with Nutella Cream, Black Berries & ROOT
