ROOT Mushrooms from Lacroix Restaurant on the 10! Show
Thursday morning, executive chef Jason Cichonski of Lacroix Restaraunt stopped by the 10! show, where he served up, “Smoked Hen of the Woods, Crunchy Mustard Chips and Celery,” featuring a maitake mushroom and ROOT highlight! Thanks Chef Cichonski for the support! We can’t wait to to try this dish out at Lacroix.
