ROOT ‘n’ Ribs
Is there anything better than a refreshing Root Cocktail? Probably not, but ribs are a close second! So why not enjoy both classic American creations at A Full Plate‘s third annual Rib Cook Off?
Amateurs and professionals alike are invited to compete on Saturday, September 12th, against other ROOT and rib enthusiasts. So if you’re not satisfied with a mere spectator’s role and insist on getting in on the action, you have a little less than a month to hone your best ribs recipe.
Q BBQ in Philadelphia’s Old City & ROOT are teaming up as part of the professionals. Q will be using ROOT in the brisket and veggie dishes. You have to check this out.
