ROOT Presents…The Mixology Men of Southwark Restaurant
Before departing from the great city of Philadelphia, I had the pleasure of spending a Sunday afternoon in the company of two fine gents in an equally fine setting in the Bella Vista neighborhood. One of the aforementioned gentlemen, George Costa, is the general manager of Southwark Restaurant & Bar, the lovely mahogany-laden locale where the afternoon unfolded. Quick wit and sardonic humor kept things lively, as the Art In The Age team was treated to a formal tasting and mixology session with two of Philadelphia’s finest bartenders!
