SNAP USER GUIDE: Installment 1 – SNAP-ing For The First Time

This weekend, I SNAP-ped for the very first time. It’s now Monday, and I have no more SNAP. This is a good sign in my book, and I will share my first “harvest” of findings on mixing and drinking this delightful liquid…

- SNAP is NOT ROOT. It has a completely different flavor/mixology profile, and therefore, cannot be mixed in the same way
- SNAP is unique. It is based on the ubiquitous “ginger snap”, but requires particular ingredients to really “open”

The Aftermath of SNAP Experiments at The Farm…

- Classic Ingredient suggestions (a few drops of each open up SNAP for easy sipping):
        – Fresh Lemon juice
        – Apple Cider Vinegar (Bragg Organic brand is nice!)
        – Fresh Lime juice
        – Another high-proof alcohol (herb/flower tincture, whiskey, etc.)
        – Other Bitter citrus flavors – grapefruit

- Adventurous Ingredient suggestions
        – Red pepper flakes
        – Cayenne pepper
        – Black coffee
        – Assam Tea
        – Shoot with a Hefeweizen
