SNAP USER GUIDE: Installment 2 – Simple SNAP Classics

So you’ve popped your first bottle of SNAP, slowly swirled the ginger liquid around your mouth, and perhaps tried adding a few drops of citrus, ginger ale, vinegar, or bourbon (see SNAP USER GUIDE: Installment 1 – SNAP-ing For The First Time). Delicious! Sigh. Now on to some cocktails…

But wait just one minute…Muddler? Wire strainer? Martini shaker…highball, hurricane, rocks…Ango-what?-a-Bitter?! How can I enjoy the remainder of my new bottle of SNAP without the blessings of a fully-stocked bar and personal be-mustached mixology man by my side?!

Have no fear! And look no further than your fridge/pantry/backyard…

Here are some recommendations for how to rather simply fill your glass with a SNAP-tastic SNAP Classic…

SNAP & Bourbon (pictured at top of post)

SNAP
Bulleit Bourbon Frontier Whiskey
Boylan’s Ginger Ale
Fresh Lime

Combine equal parts bourbon and SNAP in a highball glass over ice. Add Ginger Ale to taste. Finish with a quick squeeze of fresh lime. Garnish with the lime wedge.

SNAP & Ginger

SNAP
Ginger
Ice

Pour 2 oz. of SNAP into a chilled glass with ice cubes. Grate fresh ginger into the glass to reach desired spiciness. If you don’t have a grater, shave the ginger with a sharp knife.

SNAP-Spiked Haymaker’s Punch

See our How-To Video with The Ever-Gracious Reverend Michael Alan.

SNAP
Apple Cider Vinegar
Local Honey
Fresh Ginger
Sparkling/Still Water
One Lemon
Ice

SNAP Lemonade

2 oz. SNAP
1/2 Lemon
Honey/sweetener of your choice (to taste)
Club Soda
Fresh Mint (if available)

Vinegar not your thing? Mix SNAP with lemon juice, a sweetener of your choice, and fresh mint (if available). Hit it with some club soda to make a party batch!

SNAP Iced Tea

2 oz. SNAP
4 oz. Iced Black Tea

Any Indian black tea is perfect for this one. Assam is a personal favorite. PG Tips Black tea brew up with a great color and aroma. And of course, regular pekoe tea bags also work just fine! Add a fresh lemon twist for garnish!
