AITA at the Philadelphia Bike Exposition Oct. 30-31st
For nearly 30 years, Bilenky Cycle Works has been a renowned fixture in the Philadelphia (and the world) cycling scene, creating custom-built frames that are regarded as functional works of art. Owner and multi-award winner Stephen Bilenky had a vision of bringing an event to Philadelphia in which all segments of the cycling community could come together The Philadelphia Bike Expo is his vision in action.
The Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia shares in this vision. The Coalition, one of the oldest entities of its kind in existence, has been serving Philadelphia and its cyclists with education and advocacy since the 1970’s. Through rides, fundraisers, classes and sponsorship, the Coalition strives to establish Philadelphia as a safe and aware bike-friendly city.
The Expo will host a wide range of activities: exhibits by artisans, manufacturers and distributors, informative panels, seminars, and demos, a swap meet, fashion show and much more. The Philadelphia Bike Expo is an all-inclusive celebration of everything bicycle.
Art in the Age will have our own booth at the expo, and we couldn’t be more excited! We will be sampling ROOT and SNAP spirits throughout the weekend, and will be providing ROOT and SNAP cocktails and Narragansett for the bicycle fashion show.
