La Colombe Atelier x AITA SNAP Gift Pack
This month Art in the Age presents an exhibition by La Colombe Torrefaction showcasing their unique roasting processes, farming projects and the debut of their new small batch Atelier coffee; Haiti- Blue Forest.
Atelier is a brand new line of single batch coffee roasted in small batches by La Colombe owners and coffee roasting legends Todd Carmichael and JP Iberti. Carmichael spent weeks in remote mountains of Haiti, sleeping under his truck and following clues which eventually led him to South Eastern range surrounding Gros Cheval, an area called “Foret Bleue”. Blue Forest coffee, an heirloom typica variety, is grown semi-wild in the mountains of Haiti, where Carmichael and Iberti have helped to create a direct trade arrangement by working closely with their farmers. A rare and historical coffee as it comes from an unaltered line traced back to the first plant cultivated outside of Ethiopia. What’s more, Blue Forest is the only Haitian coffee in America, of specialty grade. Sweet, Fruity, Refined and Legendary. Best for use with french press or espresso.
Naturally La Colombe coffee and SNAP combined make a delicious drink we like to call “SNAP Atelier”. We’ve put together a “SNAP Atelier” gift pack which includes a bag of La Colombe’s Haiti-Blue Forest coffee, an AITA screenprinted tote, letterpressed AITA coasters, a limited edition SNAP mug for $35.
Hurry and pick one up at the store because this gift pack is limited and will only be available during the month of April.
We will also be selling La Colombe espresso sets (6) $45, cappuccino sets (6) $55, and limited edition La Colombe T-shirts.
