The event at the Philadelphia History Museum was a huge success last night!! Thanks to everyone who came out on such a hot and humid day. We had a blast serving up ROOT beer floats and hanging with Marc Summers. Check back soon for event photos!

Conversations on Cool: The Delicious History of Warm Weather Treats

This Wednesday, July 20th learn about the storied success of ice cream and water ice making in Philadelphia including a panel discussion hosted by Marc Summers, Food Network host of “Unwrapped” and producer of “Restaurant Impossible”. Ice cream and water ice samples will be served, as well as AITA adult ROOT beer floats.

Wednesday, July 20, 2011 – 6:00pm – 8:00pm
