FAQ's
Do you ship internationally? If so, how much does it cost?
Yes, we do ship internationally via the US Postal Service. You can calculate the shipping costs through our check out manager. If you are not pleased with the costs, you will still have time to cancel your order.
Do you ship to PO Boxes and FPO/APO addresses?
Yes, we ship to those addresses via the US Postal Service. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or FPO/APO addresses.
Why is my item on backorder?
Items that are not available to ship when an order is placed are on backorder and will ship at a later date. Please note that while your credit card will be authorized on the date your order is placed, you will not be charged until the item ships. Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and subject to change. Approximate ship dates will be posted on the web site under the description of the item.
What if my size is not in the pull down bar?
If you do not see your size, that means we are currently sold out of that size. It does not mean we will not be reproducing that item. Many items do come back into stock multiple times.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
What if a price has dropped down after I purchased and item?
Sorry, we do not offer price adjustments.
Return Policy
30-Day Online Return / Exchange Policy
Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days after delivery for an exchange or refund.
If you are making an exchange because you want a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. Please allow 3-4 weeks for exchanges and credits".
Please Note
All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the invoice.
For exchanges the invoice must include what you would like to exchange for as well as a phone number in case there are any problems.
Exceptions To Return Policy
Returns or exchanges of sale merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
