Father's Day Staff Picks: Nicole
Nicole: Brand Manager
My dad and I have been partners in crime for as long as I can remember. He taught me how to fish, ride a motorcycle, play the drums, make things with my hands, and to be clever among a million other things. I think I take after him in a lot of ways and his taste has definitely rubbed off on me. So when Father’s Day comes around each year the usual tie, #1 DAD coffee mug, or ceramic handprint just won’t do. Well, I think he may be into the ceramic handprint, but regardless, I look for items that fit his personality and are useful.
Every dad needs a good quality leather wallet. It is essential. No two ways about it. The Billy Kirk Large Card Case with chain is a perfect fit for my Dad especially, when he is riding his motorcycle. $115
Then, more bike items of course, since a rider can never really have enough. Part in my Pocket Gloves. $65
Sunglasses can be tricky, but you can never go wrong with a high quality pair from a solid brand. Phosphorescence x Erin Wasson $250
For the fancy side of my dad, Baron Wells Indian Head Nickel Cifflinks are a stellar pick. $69
From my favorite woodworking duo, Peg & Awl, their desk caddy is crucial for any workstation. $70
Finally, any true Daddy’s girl knows when Pops gets a gift, you get a gift too. It’s only fair right? Right now I have my eye on Pamela Love’s bronze Arrowhead necklace. $265
Take advantage of the Art in the Age gift for yourself father day promo. Purchase an AITA gift pack and receive 10% off one item for yourself.
