We're proud to host Alex Jones of Collective Creamery for a special evening of cocktail parings on September 13th from 6-8pm. The class will feature their wonderful cheeses, baked goods from Philadelphia based Machine Shop Boulangerie, and cocktail pairings from yours truly.

About Collective Creamery and Alex Jones:

Collective Creamery is a woman-powered artisan cheese share subscription devoted to providing households around the Mid-Atlantic with delicious cheeses that are handmade, traditional, and produced from the highest quality, healthiest milk.

Alex Jones is a writer, cheesemonger, food educator, and regional food systems advocate who has been working with farmers and artisans in Pennsylvania for the past seven years. She has written for publications like Edible Philly, Grid Philly, and Civil Eats. She's also a contributing writer for Philadelphia Magazine's food and drink blog. Alex regularly leads cheese tastings as well as home cheesemaking classes in and around Philadelphia.
