- 2 oz Kinsey American Whiskey
- ½ oz Pickett's Ginger Syrup - Medium
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- 2 oz Seltzer
- 1 Dropper Addition Black Pepper Bitters
- Muddled fresh Plum & Basil Leaf Garnish
Muddle 3 slices of fresh plum and 4 basil leaves in a shaker tin. Add ice and shake vigorously. Pour contents into mason jar and add ice to the rim. Top with seltzer and garnish with a fresh plum slice and basil sprig.
