Rosy Tipple, (pg. 161)
- 2 oz. gin (we used Flora Gin from Tamworth Distilling)
- 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- ½ oz. Cucumber Shrub
- ½ Cup Soda Water
- Dash of Rose Water
Directions: In a rocks glass, combine the gin, lemon juice, and Cucumber Shrub. Fill the glass with ice. Add the soda water and a dash of Rose Water to taste, then stir to combine.
