Bishop Allen is a Brooklyn band comprised of Christian Rudder, Justin Rice and a rotating cast of friends. Since 2003 they have released 3 albums and several EPs of pocket-sized, impressionistic folk-pop gems that play like aural scap-books. Their songs conjure up feelings of humility, love and celebration with a healthy dose of whimsy. Undeniably catchy and painfully smart, Bishop Allen are the thinking man’s band.
