Pictures from the BLUEREDYELLOW Natural Dye Workshop
Our recent workshop with Philadelphia based natural dye company, BLUEREDYELLOW, was a huge success! Co-founders Elissa Meyers and Mira Adornetto gave an extremely informative lecture on the history of dyeing, followed by a hands on demonstration where attendees were actually able to dip dye a handkerchief in a naturally fermented indigo vat. We had a great turnout, and all attendees were able to leave with their own piece of indigo dyed fabric!
