“Art In The Age Presents A Sneak Preview of ROOT & The Botanical Illustrations of Rev Michael Alan
For the month of May, Philadelphia’s art and fashion headquarters, Art in the Age, will introduce a solo exhibition of the works by Reverend Michael Alan. His presentation will consist of original hand painted water colored illustrations of botanicals inspired by the four seasons. The opening reception is slated for this Friday, May 1, from 6-8pm, featuring a sneak preview and tasting of their new certified organic spirit, Root.
Also on display will be select sketches for the artwork of Art In The Age ROOT, to coincide with the release of the new American spirit in Philadelphia area liquor stores this June, for which Michael Alan did the illustrations for the bottle label.
