RHUBARB COCKTAIL: CHERRY BLOSSOM
INGREDIENTS:
2 parts RHUBARB Tea
4 parts cherry lemonade
1 tablespoon local honey
Splash sparkling water or club soda
4 cherries, pitted and frozen
Juice of a quarter lime
PREP:
Muddle cherries, honey, and lime juice in the bottom
of a cocktail shaker and add ice. Pour in RHUBARB
Tea and cherry lemonade. Shake and pour into a
tumbler glass. Top with a splash of sparkling
water, and garnish with a wedge of lime.
You can also enjoy the RHUBARB Cherry Blossom
as a delicious punch! Batch with the same proportions
and float lime wheels in the bowl or pitcher for a
refreshing summer treat!
