SNAP Recipe: Flip Nog

The holidays are here, and tis the season of SNAP!

Although we very much enjoy mixing both ROOT and SNAP with traditional egg nog, we’ve been working on a lighter take on the traditionally creamy, thick beverage.

Combining some of our favorite ingredients, we’ve created a classic flip cocktail; spicy, sweet, and refreshing for your holiday festivities!

 

 
FLIP NOG
2 parts SNAP
2 parts rye whiskey
2 parts apple cider
1 tablespoon maple syrup
4 dashes Hella Bitter Citrus
1 egg white
Freshly grated nutmeg

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker over ice.
Shake vigorously until ice cold and frothy.
Strain into a mason jar (rustic) or champagne coupe (fancy).
Top with freshly grated nutmeg.
