SAGE Negroni

1 part SAGE
1 part Campari
1 part sweet vermouth
2 dashes orange bitters
Garnish with an orange peel

Pour equal parts SAGE, Campari and sweet vermouth into a cocktail shaker over ice.  Stir with a bar spoon and pour into a rocks glass.  Add a few dashes of bitters, and garnish with a healthy orange twist.

SAGE Martini

4 parts SAGE

Dry Vermouth

3 olives

Rinse a cocktail shaker with the vermouth and discard liquid. Fill the shaker halfway with ice. Add SAGE and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the olives.

Jamaican Glow

1.5 parts SAGE

1 part rum

1/2 part red wine

1/2 part orange juice

Burnt lemon peel

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add SAGE, rum, red wine and orange juice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Serve up or over ice with burnt lemon peel.

SAGE Orange Buck

2 parts SAGE

1 part orange liqueur

Ginger ale

Splash of orange juice

Splash of lemon juice

Fill a tall glass with ice. Add SAGE and orange liqueur. TOp with ginger ale and splash with orange and lemon juice.

Gold SAGE

2 oz SAGE

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tbsp simple syrup

1 egg yolk

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add all ingredients and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Serve up or over ice.

Monticello Mary

2 parts SAGE

4 parts tomato juice

1 tbsp horseradish

1 tbsp pickle juice

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Juice 1/2 lemon

Juice 1/2 lime

Pinch of Black Pepper

Fill a tall glass with ice and add SAGE. In a cocktail shaker, mix the remaining ingredients and pour into the glass. Stir to combine. Finish with your garnish of choice.
