2 oz SAGE

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tbsp simple syrup

1 egg yolk

 

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add all ingredients and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Serve up or over ice.

 

Great cocktails start with responsible measuring!
