Jamaican Glow

1.5 parts SAGE

1 part rum

1/2 part red wine

1/2 part orange juice

Burnt lemon peel

 

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add SAGE, rum, red wine and orange juice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Serve up or over ice with burnt lemon peel.
