1 part simple syrup

12 mint leaves

In a rocks glass, muddle the mint and simple syrup. Fill the glass with crushed ice and add SAGE. Stir to combine.

3 parts SAGE

3/4 parts simple syrup

Juice of 1.5 limes

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add SAGE, lime juice and simple syrup. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and strain in a chilled glass.

2 parts SAGE

5 cubes fresh pineapple

3 sage leaves

pineapple juice

tonic water

Muddle pineapple cubes and sage leaves in a tall glass. Fill the glass with ice, add SAGE and top with tonic and splash with pineapple juice. Stir to combine.

Lemonade to taste

Fill a tall glass with ice. Add SAGE, top with lemonade and garnish with a generous wedge of lemon.

2 tbsp Lavender Honey Syrup

Club Soda

Lemon

1 part pineapple juice

1 coconut milk

Lime

Combine all ingredients over ice in a highball glass. Top with a generous squeeze of fresh lime juice and a lime wedge.
