Tiller’s Tonic
2 parts RHUBARB Tea
Spring Herbs (mint, thyme, dill and/or lavender)
1 tsp honey
Dash of bitters
Tonic
Lemon slices
In a highball glass, muddle the leaves of a couple sprigs of herbs with ice. Add RHUBARB Tea and a splash of bitters. Top with tonic water and a slice of lemon.
