The Zombie ROOT Carousel

2-3 Luxardo cherries
4 parts Hudson Manhattan Rye Whiskey
2 parts ROOT
1 part ginger ale
Dash Fee Brothers rhubarb bitters
Fresh grated ginger
In a cocktail shaker, mash cherries to a pulp.
Add ice, ROOT, and rye.
Shake, strain and pour over fresh ice in a tall glass.
Top with ginger ale.
Finish with a shake or two of Fee Brothers Rhubarb Bitters and some freshly grated ginger.
