Do you ship internationally? If so, how much does it cost?

The shipping charges presented on this site, reflect domestic shipping charges only. If you are an international customer, please be advised that a customer service representative will contact you shortly after your order is placed to confirm international shipping rates and authorize your transaction.

The Art in the Age site may be accessed from countries other than the United States. Do you ship to PO Boxes and FPO/APO addresses?

Yes, we ship to those addresses via the US Postal Service. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or FPO/APO addresses.

Why is my item on backorder?

Items that are not available to ship when an order is placed are on backorder and will ship at a later date. Please note that while your credit card will be authorized on the date your order is placed, you will not be charged until the item ships. Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and subject to change. Approximate ship dates will be posted on the web site under the description of the item.

What if my size is not in the pull down bar?

If you do not see your size, that means we are currently sold out of that size. It does not mean we will not be reproducing that item. Many items do come back into stock multiple times.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

What if a price has dropped down after I purchased and item?

Sorry, we do not offer price adjustments.
